Data Deletion Instructions
WhaLoop is a product of Impact Marvel, Bhopal, India. You can ask us to delete your WhaLoop account and all associated data at any time — including any data we obtained when you signed in with Facebook or Google. Requests: admin@whaloop.com.
1. How to request deletion
Choose either option — both result in full deletion:
- Email us: send a message from your registered email or WhatsApp number to admin@whaloop.com with the subject Delete my data. We may ask one question to confirm it's your account.
- In the app: once your account is active, go to Settings → Account → Delete account to remove everything yourself.
2. What gets deleted
On a confirmed request we permanently delete:
- Your login identity (Facebook / Google / phone) and profile.
- Your account record — business details, plan, and billing references.
- All data you created or that we processed for you: conversations, messages, leads, orders, campaigns, reports, and uploaded knowledge-base content.
- Any access tokens for connected accounts (Meta Ads, WhatsApp Business, Shopify). These are revoked and removed.
3. Removing WhaLoop's access yourself
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove WhaLoop directly in Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, and for Google in your Google Account → Security → Third-party access. Doing this stops future access; email us as above to also delete data already stored.
4. Timing
We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete. Some information may persist briefly in routine backups and is overwritten on the normal backup cycle. We may retain the minimum required by law (for example, tax or transaction records).
