WhaLoop is in early access. Joining the waitlist registers your interest — it is not a purchase, a contract for service, or a guarantee of access, pricing, features, or a launch date. We may invite waitlist members in batches and may change the product before it becomes generally available.
2. Using this site
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse it, and don't submit anyone's details without their permission.
3. Information & communication
By joining the waitlist you agree that we may contact you (including on WhatsApp and email) about early access and related updates. You can opt out any time by replying or emailing us. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Estimates & illustrations
Any figures, dashboards, charts, calculators, or sample metrics shown on this site are illustrative and for explanation only. They are not promises of results. Actual outcomes depend on your ads, offers, and market.
5. Intellectual property
The WhaLoop name, logo, copy, and design are owned by Impact Marvel. Third-party names and logos (e.g. Meta, WhatsApp, Shopify) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.
6. No warranties
The site and waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact Marvel is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
